What are the best leg exercises for women? Those that work, preferably fast!
How is that suddenly we look in the mirror one day and everything's gone to pot? Are your thighs bulging, your inner thighs sagging and knees chubby? You need exercises that produce real results, without spending hours at the gym or exercise classes.

Whatever our height or build we all want our legs to be as attractive as possible. Obviously we can't all have those loooong legs of cat walk models, but we can have nicely toned thighs and calves which improve our overall appearance and make us feel good about ourselves.
