Improve your apetite through Yoga

 
Yoga way of life not only emphasises  'asana' and 'pranayams' but also provides measures for complete relaxation of various systems of our body. Digestive system is one of the most important system which does not get rest unless some specific efforts are put in.
The Uddiyaan Bandh is therefore very much contributive in providing relaxation to our digestive system.
Method of performing the 'asana':
-Sit in Lotus-pose on some mat, keeping palms on your knees.
-Now contract the lower part of umbilicus.
-Now stretch up the muscles of naval and pubic region.
-Now gradually reduce the stomach stretch and inhale slowly.
Benefits of the 'asana':
The "Uddiyan Bandh" is a boon for those suffering from constipation, acidity and indigestion; it improves appetite.
