A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important for a healthy body and beautiful skin. Including green vegetables in your daily diet is very important to stay healthy.
Your diet should include all kind of food items. Spinach, tomatoes and bitter gourd are must in your diet. People do all kind of things and spend doles of money to get glowing skin. But, they don’t realise simple changes in your eating habits can do wonders to your skin.
If you want a healthy skin it is very important that you stop eating fast food like burgers and pizzas. For a healthy skin and attractive figure you should reduce the intake of grains and eat as much vegetable as possible.
Vegetable like bitter gourd are very effecting in fighting stomach worms and tomatoes increases blood and makes your skin glow. Lemon helps improve digestion and spinach makes our bones stronger.
Apart from these, green leafy vegetables are a rich source of iron and should be included in our diet.
Cucumber purifies blood and improves blood flow. Garlic helps reduce chances if blood clot and heart diseases.
One should avoid eating fast food as it acts as a drug. People get addicted to it, which leads to obesity and other heath problems.
