From Nature’s Garden: The natural way to lose weight

Lemon was used by the Romans to improve taste of culinary. Till today, people use lemon juice in food or drinking it as lemonades.
But apart from being a taste enhancer, lemon also has therapeutic properties. It not just helps reduce weight but also helps cure many other ailments.
- Take the juice of a whole lemon and add a bit of lemon and 250 gram luke warm water. Drink this every morning to reduce weight.   
- Rub lemon peels on elbows, knees and nails. This will make the nails stronger and remove tanning.
- Lemon juice massage helps people suffering from joints pain.
- Lemon juice is wonder drug for people with skin problems. Put a few drops of lemon drops in your bathing water and get rid of itching and heat rashes.
- Apply milk cream mixed with lemon juice to get rid of black heads.
- Take a glass of water and mix lemon juice and honey and drink even before washing your mouth in the morning. This will help you clean your stomach and makes your skin healthy. 
- To get rid of oily skin take chickpea powder, rose water, pinch of turmeric and juice of half a lemon. Make a paste and apply it on your face. Keep it of atleast 20 mins then wash off.
- Mix grinded amla in lemon juice and apply on your hair and massage before taking bath. This will help you get rid of the problem of greying hair and control hair fall.
- Fill lemon with finely powdered black salt and black pepper and heat it. Suck this lemon and watch your fever vanish.
- People suffering from high blood pressure should drink 2-3 glasses of lemonade.

- Apply lemon juice on your hair to get rid of dandruff and make your hair shiny.
